プーチンの無差別攻撃で子供たちが犠牲になる

１日、イギリスのジョンソン首相はプーチン大統領の指示する無差別攻撃で多くの子供たちが殺されると述べた。プーチン大統領が無差別爆撃を多用したのはチェチェン紛争においてだった。エリツィン政権がチェチェン制圧に失敗したのを見て、プーチン大統領は陸上での侵攻を前に、徹底的な空爆を繰り返した。その手法をまた用いる可能性があることをジョンソン首相は指摘しているのかもしれない。プーチン大統領が主導した１９９９年からのチェチェン制圧では、６万人のチェチェン人が犠牲となったほど、ロシアの軍事的制圧は過酷なものだった。

空爆の犠牲になる子供たち

子供たちの保護を唱える宗教

子供を守ることはイスラムの重要な宗教的命題でもある。東京ジャーミィのウェブサイトには「子供たちに真実が教えられ、美徳が教えられている限り、彼らはよい子供たちとなります。子供に与えられる価値は、彼を愛すること、慈悲を与えることから始まります。イスラムにおける子供へのアプローチは慈悲と寛容の見解を基盤とするものです。」と書かれてある。

　子供の保護は、キリスト教でも強く意識される。２０１５年６月、ローマ教皇フランシスコは、内戦終結から２０年を経たボスニア・ヘルツェゴビナの首都サラエボを訪問し、ムスリム、セルビア、クロアチア人の融和をあらためて訴えた。戦争とは、難民キャンプで暮らす子供たち、女性、年寄りたちにとって、強制的な立ち退き、家屋、街路、工場の破壊を意味し、無数の生命を奪うことにほかならないとも語っている。それは１９９２年から９５年にかけての内戦でおよそ１０万人が犠牲となったボスニアの人々も経験したことだとも付け加えた。

アズナブールの「戦争の子供たち」

フランスの歌手シャルル・アズナブールの作詞・作曲の歌に「戦争の子供たち」というものがある。その歌詞の一部は次の通りだ。

子供の時に戦争を経験した日本の俳優たち

日本の戦争を体験した俳優たちも、戦争で犠牲になる子供など弱者を強調していた。俳優の米倉斉加年さんは、小学校４年生の時に福岡市から福岡の農村に学童疎開した。疎開先でイジメに遭ったり、また栄養失調で生まれたばかりの弟が亡くなったりした戦争体験がある。「子どもにまで被害が及ぶ戦争を二度と起こさないため、憲法が掲げる平和主義を大事にしてほしい」と訴え続けた。

また、俳優の愛川欽也さんも『マガジン９条』で「戦争というのは、一番弱い者のところに、ダメージを与えるようにできているのです。だから、この憲法による幸せの恩恵についてじっくり考えて、守っていかないと未来は危ないよ、と言いたいのです。」と語っていた。「戦争が一番弱いところにダメージを与える」というはまったくその通りだと思う。２０１４年夏のイスラエルのガザ攻撃では４９５人の子供たちが犠牲になった。（ＢＢＣによる）子供が犠牲になる無差別攻撃を行おうとしているプーチン大統領の姿勢は言語道断である。
